When you're traveling to far and distant lands, there are times when you must stop and smell the roses. Or, like Basil's doing, pass out in a feild full of daisies.

A nicer smelling bed, he couldn't ever imagine.

we're going on a quest!

Andy could see the daisies through Basil's helmet, but that wasn't what he was looking at. He was trapped in whatever strange dreamscapes Basil's unconscious mind could come up with. This wasn't completely involuntary, but with Basil not conscious and all, it was simply more interesting to dream his dreams.

With a limited source of vision, consequently, Andy was stuck in Basil's point of view.

In his dream, Basil was comfortably settled on his bunk back at the base, a larger, warm body lying next to him, gently rubbing his back. It was Andy, or rather, a solid, larger, more muscular version of his hologram that seemed to glow with an unearthly light. A godly vision, if Basil said so himself.

Andy laughed, seeing the idealized, human version of himself. Didn't Basil realize that his hologram was lifesized? The backrub felt nice to the one that only had a limited amount of tactile experence, Andy heard himself or Basil moan softly. They were the same body anyway.

The Dream!Andy smiled and chuckled quietly to himself, obviously pleased with the reaction. The hand slid lower down Basil's back, and he murmured, "You've been a wonderful servant to me, Basil."
