my poor sweet darling dog of 11 years, mr. gerald "jerry" copernicus carter is sadly dying. yes, poor boy has a lung tumor and cannot breathe hardly at all. sprouted out of nowhere about a month ago. came so quick! leaves us so shocked. i blame all those goddam long nights and cigarettes he shared and smoked with my sister. little guy. i am so sad

for the record, there were 4 puppies, but 2 escaped from the crazy lady - jerry and barry. and his name was michael john.

and we were watching back to the future. that much i do remember.

don't feel too bad about having to stay in austin. jerry understood. he didn't want you driving upset, anyway.

did i tell you he had a hamburger as his last meal and got to see the ducks one last time? rock on.

anyway, jerry's having a grand ol' time partying with thomas and penny and yaya.
