It's been awhile since I tackled a meme. The lovely and talented archanglrobriel took this one on and tossed it around like the awesome predator that he is... and I've been looking for reasons to post more.

Therefore, I bring you over the next several* days a series of statements about our good friends, the deadly sins.

I'm so glad you decided to engage this particular meme. I found it to be an extremely interesting thought experiment and I've loved reading everyone else's answers too. There is much to be proud of on your list. Im especially fond of #'s 5,6 and 7 because I either know or suspect the degrees of difficulty needed to achieve them.

#1 makes me long for more photos of your goth phase. ;) But then, that's hardly surprising.

Thanks! re: #1, sadly all the pictures from that period went away when my relationship with the woman I was with at the time ended. I have a couple of bad pictures from my late teens/earliest 20s, but none in full out vinyl-pants-and-huge-manic-panic-blue-bangs-urban-decay-guyliner. I used to have a gothy lj user icon, but I don't pay for the service anymore, so it's not available.

edited to add: okay, so I paid for my LJ account and changed the icon.

re: #5-7, yeah, I knew you'd understand. It's... well, it's not what I expected but then, my expectations were rather bleak so it's not like I'm disappointed that I have the things I convinced myself I didn't want, because really... I wanted them, you know?

I had this livejournal (and one other) then; I'm pretty sure all of those posts are private, they are... pretty specific in some areas. I'll get to more detail on this when I get to couple of the other seven (especially lust).
