Aw! I'm sorry for your loss. I've had a hard time when my rats died too. They seem to develop much deeper relationships with people than other small pets due to their smarts and sociability, which makes it easy to get attached to them. *hugs*

I've wished I could get another rat, but their health fades so quickly, the time spent with them seems over too soon. What did Bettie pass away from?
