Hello everyone from the EGL sales comm,
I'd just like to say that I'm doing everything in my power to fix this chargeback mess I've gotten all of us into.
I'm sorry about this. I have been in contact with my credit card company.
I will get this all settled.

You've got 12 hours to resolve this; you can either pay one of the two invoices I've sent, cancel the chargeback via logging into paypal & then the dispute & clicking the appropriate button, or calling your card company & getting it resolved then logging into paypal.
