Hello everyone from the EGL sales comm,

I'd just like to say that I'm doing everything in my power to fix this chargeback mess I've gotten all of us into.

I'm sorry about this. I have been in contact with my credit card company.

I will get this all settled.

My credit card company is causing issues. Many mistakes have been made and I'm trying to get to the bottom of this.

We have to prove to paypal that we authorized the charges.

Here's what to do, call up paypal and explain the situation, and they will unfreeze your account, and only keep the funds you "owe" redaznfox frozen.

That way you at least you still have some money to use :)

-headdesk- Sorry for the semi-rude post on EGL. But this is pretty crazy, and looks really shitty since I sent to a non-confirmed address. Kill those fuckers at the card company for us all, okay? Couldn't be a worse time for this to happen to me(lost my job this week >.<), that's for sure.

Hi,
You've got 12 hours to resolve this; you can either pay one of the two invoices I've sent, cancel the chargeback via logging into paypal & then the dispute & clicking the appropriate button, or calling your card company & getting it resolved then logging into paypal.
