thats freaking disgusting.Its not the first time ive heard of it either.the thing thatI find the most bothersome,is that its invented by people who claim to be animal friendly.They claim that it is for their "protection" when it is a known fact that these devices can cause brain tumours,espicially in breeds that are prone to them to begin with.There is no roaming problem that cannot be fixed with either obediance training and or neutering.If the training fails,its usually because the petowner is not working with the animal.stupid goddam people.figures.
