Stepping out of the holiday hub bub.

B had to make a trip to Florida. A lot of driving for one person in just a few days, so I tagged along. We spent a day and a half driving and most of the people we ran into were not the typical "hustle and bustle" crowd that you see at the mall. True they are probably headed somewhere for their "Christmas" holiday or just heading south because

both yesterday and the day before we walked through a mall. Oh my. The one last night was such a high end mall we didn't walk into any of the stores but we had a really nice, make your own salad, dinner. You told them what you wanted. They put it all in a bowl with the dressing and chopped it up with a neat tool. It was really good. We survived, although B's patience was definitely tested while we were driving. He added another place to NJ that he just would never consider living. Too many cars, too many people in a hurry, too many people not really paying attention to what they were doing. Sigh.
