That's a great story! It's one of the first FanFictions I read waaaaay back when I first got involved in Internet BtVS fandom, certainly before I ever put together a BtVS fanfic story.

Yep. I still check out the newsgroup, but I'm not sure why anymore. Almost nobody from the old days posts stuff there anymore.
