Wowzers! 6.0 shaker

Nothing like a 6.0 earthquake centered about twelve miles away from you to wake you up in the morning.
I may be shaking a bit more than the house.

Oh, yikes! Glad to hear it wasn't larger. (Initial reports seem to indicate there wasn't much damage.) M.

Initial reports are initial. Or were.
Damage estimates approaching 1 billion dollars.
It's a real mess up there.

I was just about to email, glad you're able to post.

We had a mild one in NC 40 some years back, I only really noticed because my Bultaco fell over and a rock dented the tank. Read about it in the paper next day. I guess you can feel a 6.0, huh?

Hope you don't have any projects as a result of it, and I'm glad you're okay!

I had no damage here. Napa is a mess though.
Wine losses alone are approaching 15 million dollars.
So sad.

Wow, that's scary! Glad to hear you're doing OK, but I can imagine the fright you got.

I thought of you today when I was looking at a picture of Napa. It showed a gutter in Napa flowing red with wine. Wine losses at the wineries are nearing 15 million dollars. Tanks and barrels overturned and spilling all over the place. The fall grape harvest was supposed to start today, but I think it will be a little later this year.
I just got shaken a bit, those people in Napa are in a hell of a mess. 209 injured, 1 dead and a lot of buildings condemned. And, a lot of lost wine.

Oof! That'll shake you up. Proof that I haven't been keeping up on news, too. =/

Hope you're not shaking any more!
