I KNOW EXACTLY HOW YOU FEEL... I'm not sure if other people feel this way. So, it may just be a red head thing, but If I wasn't 4 hours away I would hang out.
I miss a lot of those things you pointed out, too.. except for soccer and band being my cheerleading and softball. Those were the good ol' days.
At least you're going to see RBF (I think) in Atlanta with us. That's gonna be fun. And, If you don't have anything to do tonite you and some people should drive to Tupelo,MS to the Elvis Festival. CHUCK BERRY'S PLAYING!!!! and a bunch of other events such as: the elvis dog look-a-like contest, and recliner races. Interesting.
Justin, I hate to point this out, but you haven't really made the effort to try and hang out like old times. I've invited you numerous times to do things and you have declined. It doesn't really matter why or when but I was just trying to make an effort to be an actual "roommate" and not just be someone living in the house. It's fine, though.
Don't think Denise wanted hostility attatched to her post. You and Justin should be friends and leave it at that.
Denise, you're more than welcome to come to Auburn any time you want and hang out. We have a lot of fun on the weekends. There're a ton of parties and whatnot. Oh, and if all else fails, you should get World of Warcraft and play with us because we all play it.
I LOVE BEING A TURTLEEEEE! And then he runs into my house.
I hate to point this out, but it really doesn't get any better. Your home is where you make your life. For me that isn't where I am from. Your friends will always be your friends, but they won't always be there like they were before. It's part of growing up and it sucks. I'm just glad to know I wasn't the only one who had those thoughts. I'm sorry it's rough for you.
It's so ironic. Five minutes ago I was whining to Jamey about how i miss the girls. I complain about that a lot. I guess if I were in a sorority, I might have more friends, but you know that sororities here are totally different from Troy. Y'all actually have normal girls in them, not bitchy preps. But anywho...I,too, have nothing to do at home on the weekends other than sit and talk to my mom. I went to the Lake Friday with my brother and that's the most I've done around Alex City in a year. I never get to see April or Allison b/c they had/have school and work...and then you were living in Troy (far far away) and now you work all the time while i'm here...honestly, it makes me depressed. I know I have friends here..but i just miss all my old girlfriends. It never failed...whenever i had a bad day, all i needed was a pep talk at lunch, and my day was turned around. I hate that things aren't the same anymore, and i, too, realize that is a part of growing up. But it almost doesn't seem fair. :( I miss it...badly!
