the flat I was supposed to be moving into (which was perfect price/location/convenience wise) decided he's giving it to his nephew now and only told me yesterday

Sorry to hear that hun. Did you sign a tenancy agreement with this landlord, because if you did, it's a binding agreement and he can't just give it to his nephew.....

No as I mentioned it was all illegal anyway as he has the place from the council but now moved back in with his wife which was why I mentioned I was nervous in previous posts and unsure but it was so perfectly located for EVERYTHING and it was all okied before I left for the US but then a few days a go he changed his mind and decided to give it to his nephew so nothing was signed and well with my luck it was bound to happen.

I wouldn't mind one of them and it isn't the lanky one god I must be hitting my randy 30's lol.
It was SO weird seeing him in front of me without a tv screen between us lol i had to keep reminding myself he really was 6 feet away from me when he was mucking about with the GF Boys.
Chad was there too he's freaking awesome too he's like a permanently high hippy but without the illegal substances he LOVES everything! I brought the guys little tou rubber band guns but gave Chad his first and told him it was for protection in case the lads turned on him and he was like "oooohhh maaaaan thanks Kat that's so awesome I love it!" and giving me big hugs lol I told him if they did start on him I had my own so we could team up on them together lol. Sadly I missed my photo op with him, The Yellow Eyed Demon (freddy) and Uncle Bobby (jim) but it was a lot of fun to see them again.
