My miniatures painting deadline has pretty much come and I'm not going to make my original deadline. Too many other deadlines have interfered. I'm not too upset with myself over this. After all, why beat myself up over what is essentially a hobby meant to relax me

That's a bummer the wood elves aren't that much fun. Great models. Would have been really cool to see them all painted and pretty.

Oh, I'll get around to painting them, no worries there. I really like them. Maybe I will find them more interesting once I flesh them out a bit more. Also, don't get me wrong, I find them entertaining. I've always been keen on the prancy elves with their badass shootery. But the problem is against my Dwarfs with their rather limited options.. they don't have a good way to shut down the elves at the moment. I need to flesh out both sides, I think, in order to make it work more evenly.
