I find I have a similar problem with instruction manuals. The huge lumbering manual I got with my new music program is very informative, and very useful to me. The other program had a very crappy manual that was really just a supplement to the help files, and I have a hard time working with that other than to just troubleshoot a problem, but I don't feel like I'm learning the program without either video tutorials or a manual.
