Factoid:

In the stimulus package, 8 of the 20 top earmarkers are Republicans.

And the 8 equate over 50% of the earmarks in the stimulus package.

...yet that didn't stop a bitter loser from getting up yesterday and sarcastically going on with his "so much for change" crap.

Republicans never did get that whole "glass houses" thing.

Mmmhmm.

And the funny thing is, many of the talking points that people are against are actually placed there by Republicans.

And that sore loser has repeatedly voted for earmarks in HIS district.. though he's smart enough to not put them in himself. Someone else does that for him.

The other kicker is that, according to Morning Edition today, the Republicans pushed this omnibus to 2009 because they knew GWB was going to veto it, and they wanted to see if there'd be someone in the White House who wouldn't. :)
