It amazes me how so many furs who claim to be distant from fandom are so close to it .. not by their actions.. but just by.. I don't know, other people's beliefs of them For example.. someone in another blog claimed to be very "distant" from furry, and yet.. most people know who he is and of him and think highly of him

Because of that, he's very capable of being "distant" while everyone still reaches up towards him. I've hard this very conversation with him. He's the "Hero" character of this farce, and his charisma causes people to draw in closer to him.
