So a couple of weeks ago, the hubby lion had to replace his back motorcycle tire because there was a great, evil nail in it. Dear readers who don't ride, car tires are not cheap, but motorcycle tires are even not cheaper! Especially the back one, which is soft and grippy and special for that reason. I burn through a set of tires on my bike every 4-5 weeks. I feel the pain.

Lord have mercy. Do you lose them to nails and screws or laying down rubber at every opportunity? woof.

I use really really soft (expensive) tires. Combined with high speed they wear out pretty quickly. I pick up a nail every now and then but i've got a pretty good patch kit to keep em going.

oh, and I do lay down rubber occasionaly but only when little kids ask nicely. Corrupt em while they're young.
