Name: Grell Sutcliff
Series: Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler)
Timeline: Chapter 12, after being dragged away by William.

Affiliation: Grell will be a Rocket Grunt, because it’s oh-so fitting for her. Also, if possible, she'd have the female uniform.
Personality: Grell is biologically male, but she identifies as a female and expects to be referred to and treated like one. She constantly uses phrases like "is that how you treat a lady?!" as demands for respect and to be taken seriously. She will happily dress up whenever she can, as well as wear makeup, do her hair, and what have you. She’s also a huge flirt. She’ll flirt with pretty much anyone, especially with men that she finds attractive (I.E. Sebastian or William). She can actually be pretty vulgar with her flirting too, tossing out obvious innuendos to whomever her unlucky victim is. She’ll even mention that she wants to bear the victim’s children, even though she obviously cannot due to her gender (this fact was what got her to team up with Madame Red in the first place). Ironically enough, however, she states that she doesn't care to use "harsh" terms when speaking.
Next, there’s her shaky sanity. Generally, Grell is cheerful (if not morbidly so at times), but if you anger her, if something doesn’t go her way, or if she so much cracks a nail, she’ll go on a rampage. The definition of "rampage" ranges from simple excessive shouting or whining to actual murderous rage. Grell’s a huge sadist and lover of death; she thoroughly enjoys torturing, killing, and has little regard for others’ feelings, which is why she was so good at her role as part of Jack the Ripper. In fact, she’d love to see you break down, and she’d also love to see you painted in red (good thing she won’t have her scythe, since that could get a bit messy). Befriending Grell is a little risky because of this. A key example of ther would be her partnership with Madame Red: the moment she began to bore her, she simply killed her.
She has an interest in theatrics, and often shows it by acting dramatically and referencing famous plays, such as Romeo and Juliet. Due to this interest, she is actually a decent actress herself. While partnered with Madame Red, she kept her cover by taking the guise of the Madame’s bumbling, nervous butler, a personality drastically different from her actual one.
Lastly, Grell likes to do things her own way. she’s not a fan of busywork, and often rebels by breaking rules. A few examples of ther would be customizing her scythe into a chainsaw without approval and becoming Jack tshe Ripper (along with Madame Red) to kill people for fun.
Strengths/Weaknesses: She may not flaunt it as much as she thinks she does, but Grell's actually pretty smart. she's brilliant at coming up with schemes and is a beautiful master of disguise, such as when she worked with Madame Red to create their persona, Jack the Ripper. Not only did they get away with their murders, but they kept their tracks well covered with Grell going undercover. Well, until Sebastian and Ciel found them out, of course. Her main hindrance in this is her obsession with beauty. She'd much rather have her makeup and flashy clothes than her disguise. She tends to put beauty before many things, and it can mess up her performance in battle or tense situations.
Physically, Grell is quick on her feet, and can endure a great deal of pain, even though she will complain about it until the very end (not being a Death God will hinder this endurance though). However, during combat, she tends to flirt too much with her opponent and not pay attention to the battle itself, thus can be easily caught off guard. It should also be noted that without her beloved scythe, Grell loses all confidence and will pretty much beg for her life, as she is not good at hand-to-hand combat. With a Pokemon, she should be alright, though.
Grell's got a really bad work ethic (hates paperwork, often rebels by doing things her own way, etc), and being a Rocket Grunt, there is no doubt that ther would endlessly annoy her superiors. Despite this, Grell is pretty good at getting the job done, especially if she likes the task she's assigned to. As mentioned, this would not be paperwork and the like. This would be along the lines of collecting souls, so applying that to the Pokemon world, stealing poor unsuspecting trainers’ Pokemon.
When she became Madame Red's butler, Grell learned all the ways of one. Despite the fact that she worked very hard at her butler duties, she was a horrible butler. Yes, that wasn't just part of her facade, she actually wasn't that great. At all. she's decent at best when it comes to housekeeping, and is simply abominable at cooking. Not being able to prepare edible food may be a hindrance if she's traveling on her own.

First Person Sample:
[The feed starts with an annoyed yet panicked…man? woman? in a female Rocket Grunt uniform staring into the camera.] Where is my beloved scythe?! And what is with this…this…ridiculous outfit?! …Especially this outfit. And do not even get me started on this annoying music. Whoever is in charge of this "Team Rocket", I demand an answer this instant!
[She’s cut off by an irritated "Drrarrr!", coming from somewhere off-screen.]
Oh, quiet, you! Can’t you see I’m busy having a crisis right now?
["Dourrr!"]
D-don’t give me that look!
…I said…
[She continues to go off on her poor Pokemon, completely forgetting about what she was just doing.]
Third Person Sample:
It had been a few days since her arrival in Johto, and Grell had already received a mission from Team Rocket which required her to travel a few cities over. It was constant walking with that stupid music blaring, no change of clothes, no makeup, nothing actually edible, and most importantly, no amount of decent sleep. How is a woman supposed to look halfway decent if she doesn’t get her beauty rest? At least she had Tybalt to complain to. The Houndour listened to anything Grell said, even if he obviously didn’t care and was probably sick of hearing about it. Even so, Grell appreciated it.
She let out an annoyed sigh as she stopped beside a large tree. "Finally, some shade." It was the middle of the afternoon, and it was hot. Her black uniform didn’t exactly help the situation as the sun had been beating down directly on her for at least an hour. Brushing back her long red hair, she wiped sweat from her foreshead, grimacing. "Ugh, I’m so hot. I probably look utterly ridiculous. Of course, even in ther world, I’m forced to do annoying work like ther. This is so unfair for them to put a delicate woman like myself through hard labor like ther. Couldn’t they have at least given me a better mode of transportation?" she complained to herself, glaring off in a random direction. "I wouldn’t be surprised if Will is one of the higher ups here as well. He’s probably laughing at my misery right now. Oh, when I finally rise up in the ranks…"
"Dourrrr!" The Houndour at Grell’s feet had remained silent until then.
"What is it, Tybalt?"
The Pokemon growled in response, seeming rather annoyed.
"Oh fine. We’ll get going. I’m famished, anyway. There had better be a shop around here, because I am not eating another of those berries. Not after that last one." She grimaced at the thought of tshe aftereffects of the bitter berry she had eaten a few hours ago. Little did she know how hard it would be to actually enter a shop in that Rocket uniform.
And they were off again, Grell continuing to complain about hungry and hot and unbeautiful she was all the while. In her first few days in ther new world, she had already grown to pretty much dislike every aspect of it. Especially that music.
