I love to make tea. I love to cut of fresh ginger root, and grate some nutmeg, and break great big pieces of of cinnamin stick in to my mortar and pestal and grind it down to flakes. I love combining herbs, and steeping it all for hours. I love that first drip of honey, and I love the last sip that is bitter
