Jan 09, 2005 01:12

001) What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before? gone to church willingly.

002) Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? I don't believe I made any and didn't make any this year.

003) What countries did you visit? none.

004) What would you like to have in 2005 that you lacked in 2004? motivation.

005) What date from 2004 will remain etched upon your memory, and why? 1/1, 8/9..and pretty much everything from april til december.

006) What was the best thing you bought? my first digital camera..i'm sure there's other things but I'm having trouble remembering.

007) Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? lets skip this one. I'm not sure. Probably more myself than anyone else though.

008) Where did most of your money go? going out. movies. late night eating.

009) What did you get really, really, really excited about? i'm not really sure if I got REALLY excited about anything beforehand..but I was definitely excited during the last fremont show..seeing people into our band like that.

010) What song will always remind you of 2004? Trapt-Echo, mcr- it's not a fashion statement its a f-cking deathwish

011) What do you wish you'd done more of? living in the moment.

012) What do you wish you'd done less of? Being emo. haha. shaddap.

013) Did you fall in love in 2004? Yes.

014) What was your favorite TV program? Iron Chef sucka..

015) Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? I don't really hate anyone actually. Hating is too active of an emotion to keep up with.

016) What was the best book you read? the Case for Christ..which was probably the ONLY book I read all the way through last year.

017) What was your greatest musical discovery? muse, mcr

019) What did you do on your birthday? I got to feel really stupid. Nice surprise guys...=)

020) What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? I'm not really sure. Maybe finding worldly happiness in more stable areas.

021) How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2004? Normal stuff most of the time, with occasional efforts to be dressier than the usual (my usual anyway). RIP emo-cut. =*

022) What kept you sane? friends..and a newly strengthened spiritual base.

023) Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? hilary duff. and there was a really strong push for scarlett johansson earlier in the year after seeing lost in translation.

024) What political issue stirred you the most? the election. (!)

025) Who did you miss? liz

026) Who was the best new person you met? I met so many new people this year..i love the church youth especially..but no one impacted me more than Danielle..who though I had met in previous years, I never really got to know til this year.

027) Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2004: I'm not really big on learning lessons. I think "logic will break your heart" is a good overall phrase for the year..meaning that..well...as much as your heart would like to dream, if you think about things rationally, its just not gonna work out sometimes.
..but I guess its hard to keep that lesson in mind all the time for someone who tends to follow their insides more than their head.
