Translation: Soukyuu no Fafner Drama CD "GONE / ARRIVE" - 1st Half

It's here at last!!! XD Or at least--the first half. ^^; I've got another translation deadline coming up soon so I've got to pause this for a moment and finish that. But for now, I wanted you guys who've been asking me for this to be able to enjoy the first half at least~

Just read this. Really nice, thank you so much for this! Just listening to it without understanding eveything, I still could tell that it was one of the nicest of the Fafner drama CDs. :)

Yeah, it's a very powerful drama. I like "Stand By Me" better b/c it's more fun (read: less depressing), but this one really shows off some excellent acting from the cast, huh? Go, go, Makotsu! Wish he'd been more successful as a seiyuu. After his incredible work on Kazuki, you'd think he'd get starring roles left and right, huh? Go figure...

I think I prefer fun in American comedies, but I see anime as an opportunity to watch something smarter. Especially something of the likes of Excel Saga, Azumanga Daioh and others is *definitely* not for me.

I don't know the voice actors of Fafner that well, but was Kazuki his debut role? I do think Kazuki is one of the best executed characters in the entire series, or maybe *the* best.
