It's been an Okay few days I guess... I dunno, I'm kind of lonely to be honest... I love my friends, but the girl issue comes up from time to time... DCarr says I act as if I have no confidence, and that that turns off girls, and thats probably true, but it's hard to just sort of "act confident" when it's really not your style...
I also hope that acting "confident" doesnt necessarily mean wearing size Medium Abercrombie T-Shirts with hemp necklaces and working out...
I still haven't seen Batman Begins, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory or Wedding Crashers all must see's... i really want to see Hustle and Flow as well, but that can probably wait...
I started reading Get on the Van by Henry Rollins, which is mostly a collection of journal entries from Rollins' days in Black Flag and photos of the same period... It's pretty awesome, and really makes me want to break out all the old school hardcore albums... I've been listening to too much rap/hip-hop... And, I don't mean to knock it, but I need to start rocking out again... It's pretty cool also to see pictures of Rollins with Minor Threat/Fugazi frontman Ian McKaye hanging out in a DC-area Haagen Daz in the late 70s/early 80s... Gods of hardcore just screwing around, just like my friends and I do... It sounds pretty dorky, but I got a big kick out of that...
