Distractions can be good, but don't let that allow you to lose focus on your decision.

To me, that's really important. When you score a goal on our team, it's not just yours, it's everyone's. That's the US mentality, I think, and that's what makes us so strong, really. We have this really strong sense of unity and commitment to each other and our team.

I think that's the greatest thing about being part of a team, is that you all work towards a common goal, and there's no member of the team more important or less important than the next. That's the Canadian mentality as well - unity, commitment, and above all, pride.

I don't know what the situation is for this decision you have to make, but I wish you luck in making it.
