I don't either, but it doesn't necessarily mean that he's leaving the show since apparently they were all interviewing for Jan's job, right? If anything, it probably means that we'll see as much of Ryan as we saw of Jan before, and even better, Jan will leave the show.

Either way, I'm sure Michael won't let Ryan go too far away since he's in love with him.
