The café's stage had been set up, and Julian wandered around it rather restlessly. He needlessly adjusted the microphone once again, checking if everything was working as it should for the performance that was about to take place

In a few minutes, he's there, with his usual seven-foot-tall alien string instrument. He leans it on Julian's table, sitting down, "Hello."

Julian looks up when Norrin approaches and feels his mood lifting. Whether this is a silly idea or not, he is determined to enjoy the evening.

"Hi, Norrin", he answers, grinning while he eyes the instrument. "I'd forgotten how tall that thing is."

"I'm sure you all have." Surprising people will be nice, though!

Almost eagerly, "Will you be ready soon?"

"I am! We can start right away." He's definitely eager to play, as he smiles and gets up.
