The Framingham exit was backed up onto the highway today, so I went all the way to 495. A truck carrying small light blue rolls of foam padding must have dropped some of its cargo. For a couple miles, there are strips of blue foam woven around the guard rails and in the bushes. Some rolls are still rolled up, some are halfway undone, some are all
