Work it!

Well, I have officially made it thru one whole week of "Le Diet". I've cheated a little here and there, and for it I have not lost what I had hoped. But this week I will just push myself harder. While I haven't lost much poundage yet (i love that word.), I have noticed a big difference in my arms and such. Working out every day really helps tone ( Read more... )

Hooray for week 1!! I need to start run/walking again. You know, that's a good goal, a new holiday outfit. I may do that. I think I'll start looking around so that I can get a little motivated. Thanks for the idea!

When were you in a car accident? What happened?

What is pbi?? I love the smell of paper, too. Mostly magazines, though. And new books. LOVE it!!

I keep forgetting to go back and respond to your response on your other comment. I'll do that later today. I'm hoping I'll be bored at work. That hasn't been the case in about a week.

Breve is steamed half and half.. super sweet.. full of caffiene and nice and fatty.. that's why you buy a tall :)
