Comes great adversity. It has been suggested (by me no less) that adversity is the crucible our spirit is purified and strengthed in.

Somewhere over the weekend I picked up a cold. Nothing like stacking breathing problems on top of breathing problems. For those of you with asthma you know what I mean. And I have a lung function test in the morning
