Indeed.
It's part of an agreement between the Ice Magister and myself. He brings the residents back to life under my ownership after they die; in exchange, I don't take the opportunity to cross the border when he has it open and pay him a visit when he doesn't wish to see me.

It's my immense pleasure to meet you, Hibari Kyouya.
I suppose one would have to discuss with the Ice Magister, and see if he can be pursuaded to keep them. However, he's not at all fond of having people around him, I fear. He may not be inclined to listen.
The other possibility is to pursuade me to break my agreement with the Ice Magister and threaten to cross the border, regardless. He's more likely to keep the border closed than take the risk, but I fear it's not in my best interests to cross him, even frightened as he is.

[ So it's either to deal with him, or to deal with another one of his kind. There's a pause while Hibari considers this, and there's nothing but mild white noise over the transmitter.
When Hibari speaks again, his words are careful; calculated. This man is one to be wary of. ]
The Ice Magister... who might he be? [ Another deliberate pause. ]
But first, I would like to request your name as well.

You may call me Inquisitor, or Magister. The Ice Magister, well... you'd best ask him, though I fear he may also be inclined to withhold his name. There are some who know, however.
[His own thoughtful little pause here, as he continues to contemplate.]
... I suppose there is one last thing that would keep them from returning, though it would cause their existence to be eliminated in its entirety. True death, if you like.

Hibari's voice is carefully neutral. ]
How does one then stop someone else from coming back to life?

Thank you, Inquisitor. You have been helpful.
[ A short pause. ]
One last question, if you will: is it possible for us to... reclaim certain objects that we have lost on our way here?
