I have been at it for about 8 months, nothing really special, trying to track what I eat and how I feel after eating. I am trying to get in touch with when my body is "satisfied" and not FULL. Also cut out ANY fast food, fried food, and sticking to a healthier eating plan. I also started going to the gym...not really alot since my motivation for excersize is nill. I think if I actually DIETed I could have lost it faster. but I want to LIVE as well as loose weight.
