Wiki Link [ Personality ] :
Sebastian is a demon. As such, it is extremely rare for him to show emotion. When he does show any, it is usually irritation; pity, happiness or any other “human” emotion is usually feigned, if at all present. His typical expression is either blank, or a smug smirk.
Sebastian usually displays his irritation towards some of his master’s orders, the staff of the manor, and the shinigami Grell. The latter one is also witness to the more sadistic Sebastian.
Due to the Faustian contract, Sebastian is to follow his Young Master’s every order, up until said Master reaches his goal, after which Sebastian will claim the boy’s soul. When ordered to do something, Sebastian usually carries it out flawlessly. It is seen on several occasions that Sebastian doesn’t seem to care very much about his Master’s welfare, putting him at risk as a minor source of entertainment. But at the same time, he will display odd signs of kindness, if it can be called that, like offering his coat to Ciel when it was raining. He does like to get a rise out of Ciel, also for amusement. But he is unquestionably loyal, at first because of the contract, but then, because of questionable motives. It doesn’t appear like Sebastian has many weaknesses. Even though his demon form in never revealed, it is known that he has one. Usually, his more demonic side is indicated by his pupils changing to slits, and his eyes glowing crimson.
Sebastian has a strong attraction to cats, and dislikes dogs, even though he himself is often compared to one. He has noted several times that he does not lie, and has so far held true to that statement. He has been described as quite attractive, and he will use his charm to get him was he needs, or to carry out his Master’s orders.
(ADDED SECTION):
To elaborate further, Sebastian is as easy to see through as a brick wall. He is difficult to understand. On the surface, his intention is to serve his Master until it is time to take his soul. However, under the surface, Sebastian’s actions can be read into as something akin to actual care for Ciel. An example would be when he witnessed Ciel having an asthma attack, something he had no prior knowledge to. His reaction: that of, what seemed to be actual, concerned surprise. Over the period of time being with Ciel, it can be said that Sebastian had grown quite fond of the boy, although he hadn’t quite stated that.
Most aspects of Sebastian’s personality can be inferred, mainly because of the lack of much background information, and lack of explanation of his true motives. He acts not so much cold, as he does detached. The orders he carries out, done flawlessly, (and when possible, with somewhat of a sadistic approach). However, his top priority, as he has told Ciel, is to keep the boy alive, even if that means, on that rare occasion, he has to fail an order.
To the general public, and those within the Phantomhive manor, Sebastian simply is a flawless butler, looked up to by many. The staff of the manor, who are endlessly devoted to Sebastian and Ciel, took Sebastian’s ‘death’ very hard.
The grim reaper Grell almost religiously swoons over the demon, despite trying to fight him most of the time. Their relationship is, essentially, a one sided love. Sebastian had stated numerous times/has shown on numerous occasions, his disgust towards Grell’s behavior, his stoic exterior cracking ever so slightly at the shinigami’s antics.
Also to note, Sebastian does have a somewhat sick sense of humor, explaining most of his actions with the line “I’m just one hell of a butler”, a pun to how he really is a demon. When carrying out his master’s orders, he will also take time to do things for his own amusement, while sticking to the generic order.
On several occasions, more so as a daily, average routine, Sebastian serves as Ciel’s tutor, and at some rate, a mentor. For an example, when Ciel is angered by Prince Soma, and challenges him to a duel, Sebastian points out that Ciel was unfairly using his advantage of knowing the rules of foil/fencing against a complete amateur.
To sum it up (if that can even be done with someone such as Sebastian). The demon is detached, but unquestionably loyal, extremely strong, and skilled at any affair. He has a way with words, hardly ever impolite, and has admirable self-control. His only attachment (and ultimately, his weakness) is Ciel.
[ Strengths/Weaknesses ] : This demon really doesn’t seem to have much weaknesses within the cannon. He executes any order given to him by Ciel flawlessly, no matter how extreme and odd it may be. His weakness, if any, IS Ciel. He needs the boy’s soul, and subsequently, the boy himself. Later in the series, it is seen that Sebastian grows fonder of the boy, but never really confirmed. Sebastian is overall, very hard to beat in a fight, especially when he is ordered to win by his Master. (But this doesn’t mean he cannot be defeated…it’s just very hard?)
[ Other Important Facts ] : N/A I think I covered the important things in the above.
[ Sample ] : Crimson eyes slide open. A raven-haired man, messy locks falling over his face, rises, instinctively scowling at the creasing of his refined butler uniform. Where the hell was he? He surveyed his surrounding, and not finding anything recognizable, rose to his feet swiftly. If he was feeling a bit of vertigo, he carefully masked it with blank expression. Now, to find that Master of his…The seal pulsed lightly. So he was somewhere nearby then? “…How irritating,” he muttered.
His mind was still slightly numb. He scowled inwardly, before brushing off a speck of dust from his coat. He looked up again, and began walking. That master of his still remained his top priority, regardless of where he was, or even how he got there. To him, it didn’t even matter.

Third Person account:
Based (slighty, using some of the information given to me) on thread with Vatheon’s Ciel: link:
http://dear-mun.livejournal.com/37725102.html “Afternoon tea, my Lord?” Sebastian offered the boy, who sat, poised, at his desk. The manor was nothing compared to the Phantomhive estate, although it did match the Young Master’s style. It was much smaller. Logically, it was easier to take care of. Not that it really mattered. To him, at least. Honestly, he was quite passive about the… unusual relocation. No…an underwater city would not have been the first place he would’ve looked for that master of his. But that didn’t really bother him. At least not enough for him to really admit. Point was, he has found his master again, and wasn’t planning on letting him out of his sights any time soon. He was back to being the boy’s pawn once again. As long as that stayed constant, their location mattered little to him.
What he was fascinated with was the notion that something has been trailing his master. Really, the boy couldn’t stay away from trouble, could he now? No matter, no matter. He wouldn’t let any harm come to the boy. That said, it didn’t mean that he wouldn’t have his round of amusement, either.
As the red eyed butler poured the steaming tea out, a pleasant aroma filling the room, a slight smile, characteristically smug, tugged at the demon’s lips. Yes, this would be fun….
Second SAMPLE:::
Crimson eyes open. Blink twice, as the raven-haired man sits up, the slightest crease on his brow. Wasn’t he supposed to be in a coffin? He surveys his surroundings. He is in what looks like a city plaza. It’s appealing, he would say. Except for several odd details. First, he is by a coral. Something he had yet to see in the human world. Typically, he thought, corals didn’t grow on the street. Second, the ‘sky’, was glistening like water…And third, that scent. A distinct, sea-salt scent No…he didn’t even think he was in the human world. Not the one he was used to anyway. The architecture seemed different…the entire atmosphere felt foreign. He rose to his feet, brushing away the creasing in his neat suit. He turned as he heard a fluttering behind him. A small…thing [for he could not really find a better word for it] fluttered near by…A faerie? How cute. He cocked a brow, scowling inwardly, and took a few steps forward, absorbing his surroundings further. To his utter annoyance, the thing flew after him. A slight twitch of a nerve under his eye was the only thing that gave way to his irritation. He reached to fix his collar, stopping as his hand came in contact with a brooch-like thing, that definitely wasn’t on his collar during his ‘funeral’. What the bloody hell was it? As he began removing it, it gave a hiss or static. He blinked at that, but stopped. It didn’t quite matter to him, really.
Where was he anyway? He deduced that he was in some odd, underwater city. How he got here, and for what reason, he couldn’t recall, or rather, he simply didn’t know. It surely wasn’t an order from his Young Master. His Master…he paused his musings. His Master was here, too? His brows drew in slightly, and he sighed.
“My, my, Young Master, you don’t make it easy for me sometimes, now do you? I wasn’t even gone for that long…” He mused to himself, bringing a hand to his chin, raven strands of hair falling over his face. The contract seal gave him a way to find his Master. He gave the plaza-like area another glance, before walking off, following the pulsing of his seal. He would find Ciel soon. A smile spread across his face.
