Had to do a friends cut. It was getting way to big for me to manage. I was spending so much time skimming some entries and just bypassing others and that's really not what I like to do. I've been thinking of doing a cut for ages. How did you decide on who to cut? Just recent/non-recent commenters or based on interest too?

Honestly, I clicked on their names if I remember on purpose skipping their entries more than once or twice or if I couldn't remember the last time they posted and/or didn't know anything AT ALL about them. Then, just to be sure, I searched their name in my gmail. If the last time their name popped up as a comment notification was back in July, I removed them. I feel a little bad but then again, they clearly don't have time for me either, right?

ETA: Crap, when I replied it unscreened your comment. I don't know how to fix that because apparently I'm slow. If you mind being unscreened, would you help me figure it out?

ETA2: It also helped to have a glass of wine first. Ease the fear of hurting people's feelings.
