The entire second floor of the Brooklyn building is still vacant, although I've got a couple of interested college students coming by in a couple of days.

Also, #201 and #602 in the Manhattan building are both now vacant. Tell your friends.

I kinda lucked out and landed one of the teachin' gigs I applied for in Nassau, at a boys' academy. I'd love to take it, but it's almost impossible to find digs anywhere, let alone in Manhattan.
