I've been trying to get back to my old work out routine and it's pretty slow; A month may not sound like much but sheez is there a difference. But I will keep working at it cause I need to loose like 50-70lbs or so. That is my goal cause holy shit how I have gotten lazy and let myself go. Your new work out routine sounds like a good idea. Man, I need to loose 50+ pounds too; we have really high goals O_O;; You have the same problem I do: Eating poorly when not at home. I eat healthy things at work and home but then I go out with you guys or with family and then it's just like eat whatever X_X Of course, not exercising probably isn't helping either lol ( ... )
