I was idlly drawing on a building...drawing flowers on a spot where someone else graphitii had been painted (shitty job of covering up) and lady came by and chewed me out saying that i was defacing the building. I know! It is bizzare. There is major tagging war going on and I'm the random idiot that gets chewed out. On the other hand, me and my sister's public art has ended up in the news papers more than once.
Dress nicely and do it during the day and everyone assumes that you must have permission....
