Pardon my stupidity; I seem to have missed a definition somewhere. What, in the name of little green apples, IS the 7V Pel?

'Seven Virtues' is an epic fantasy boffer combat live action roleplaying game; a PEL is a post event letter -- an event summary -- and someone started the notion of posting a 'Wordle' of one's PEL text, since normally they're not shared between players.

Thank you for explaining that. :) 7V also tends to generate extremely long summary letters; and those letters inform plot and help them determine in part actions for the next game.
