Setting your alarm for 3am physically hurts. I sometimes go to bed at 3am. I never really want to wake up then. Here are some findings about 3am wakeups
- Morning breath must happen between 3:01am and whenever you wake up because my breath was still pretty minty.

Also, speaking of 3am...thankfully, this is the "going to bed" sort of 3am, not the "getting up" kind.
