It's funny to think that giving up and moving to Brooklyn seems like the path of least resistance for me right now. I feel like it's the opposite to most people.

I'm less concerned about "making it" in New York (where I would know everybody and probably not do a whole lot new) than trying to "make it" myself, my own way.

For the first time in my whole entire life I feel like Liz Lemon.

I realized last night, very suddenly, that the return of baseball means the return of my overwhelming baseball crush. (So presumably I'm going to forget Aaron Rodgers et al. until the NFL resolves its difficulties. And indeed, at this point I can't even remember who the al. are.)
