How eerie is the timing of your post. The human side of me, and I think all of us, wants to fight the pruning. Which sometimes can be quite dramatic. We want to ask Why Me? and How can it get worse? These are questions that have gone through my mind. The Lord has certainly blessed me in many ways, yet because of those blessings the pruning hurts more and is even more frightening. These are things we must remember though, and we must remember that the Lord is shaping us and creating beautiful people in us. And we must never "blame" God for whatever happens when He is doing His work.
Thank you for your post, gives me just another shot of courage before I begin a very difficult day.
