Phase 2
So, I started Phase 2 today. I'm still eating more than I need to, so I've decided to add some things to my routine:
- Calorie-counting: I can easily justify eating too much of a food when it's a food allowed on my diet. Calories count. I'm going to follow Phase 2 but still count calories.
