i think you're totally right in regards to most everything you just said. when it comes down to punk rock activism, what really excites me is when people are really able to radicalize their own lives, in the way that they live, eat, work, and generally just live, because i think thats whats most important these days. i think that, instead of focusing entirely on big mobilizations and such, which are important, we also need to work on strengthening our own community, and building our own infoshops and really helping to make our decentralized networks relevent and supportive of each other. i think thats the best we can do at this point, and while i think we should continue to challenge and mobilize and be aggressive towards what we disagree with, such as the war obviously, we also need to work on really adapting our lives to out politics, but doing it in a way that allows for us to at least have somewhat 'regular' lives ( ... )
