they are ferals...not cats you are 'abandoning'. i imagine they would take them for free to get them off the streets and into homes! have you talked/e-mailed with them? i have a contact name there if you need it.

I'll give that a shot. Thanks for the info. if your contact has any other info, I'm also happy to follow up on that as well. These places seem to be notoriously hard to contact unless you want to adopt - which makes a lot of sense, if you think about it. :-,

i will be calling again to check up on the cat i want to adopt, so i will ask her. if i go get the cat, i would be happy to transport the ferals down there for you. give me a chance to visit with you and jo too!
