So, I've been trying for a while on making a movie clip with my Quick Time player or iMovie HD, taking clips from the internet of explosions (dynamite) to help with a lesson I have to do. But i can't seem to get the clips to "Drag" into the section of the program to start making it ( Read more... )

Best people I can think to ask about this are either my Chris, or Aronen, seeing as they do the video editting thing quite a bit. But I don't think they work with the programs you're working with.

Chris might be free today when he gets home. Are you doing this on your laptop? If so, you could probably just bring it over to the apartment and we could give it a shot here.

It might not be a dragging issue. You might have to actually import the file. Just go into file and go down to import file. That should work. If not I can fiddle with it during some free time.

It might also have to do with incompatable file types but its mac so I doubt that. Anyway, I'll find out what it is.
