btw when leaving comments how do you tell if its in character or not? ([ ] = in character or out?)

back to my usual problem. OOC = out of character.
So in this case - when I'm talking as Garra is it OOC? ( cause I'm doing the character)
or is it OOC when I'm normal ( cause I'm NOT in character(gaara))
