Asuka barely glanced up from her playing, although she noticed Kaworu out of the corner of her eye and she flashed him a quick smile. Life had fallen into a sort of routine. Working, doing their best to hold on to the apartment. Most of their money went into that - food didn't cost too much, if they shopped cheap. She didn't eat a lot anyway. "Morning, bright-eyes. "Mario Kart 64, duh." She shoots him a grin as she continues to play. There's finally a fanfare of victory music - she's beaten the track, apparently - and she sets her controller down and she stretches languidly. She sits up, kicking her feet back and forth as she peers at him. He looks awake. Sort of. Maybe she should change that. He's way too complacent.

She stands slowly and then darts over, flopping herself down over Kaworu, sprawled out against his chest as he tilts her head back to peer up at him. "Are you awake yet?"
