A Scratchy Arm is better than no Arm

Ah! The itching!!!!! But the good news is that my arm will stay attatched to my body. After we moored to Yokosuka I was able to be diagnosed by some one who knew a bit more about medical issues and they were worried it was allowed to go as far as it did. Remember, you are painting for preservation. Always for preservation. Painting for beautification is against regulations so you are not doing that.
