Technical Difficulties

My mom stopped by recently on her way to Europe (she's gone for almost two months in Italy, Austria, England, and France) and got me a new cell phone, don't worry it's the same number as the old one. Why they hell did you do a stupid thing like telling them you dropped it. First rule of electronics, admit nothing! "No of course I didn't open the case, that would have voided the warrenty, i guess that little sticker just came off by itself." "What do you mean did I drop this in water, of course not!. Then why is it dripping you ask? Well must be condisation, your store is really humid." etc etc. they're not going to call you a lier, even if its almost certain you are. THAT would be bad customer relations. No no you have to deny all wrong doing on your part. ALWAYS! That the rules, don't give them a loophole to sneak though!
