Oh jeez, I just got back from kickboxing. WOW. Is all I can say. This class is nothing like karate. Karate is so peaceful and flowing... kickboxing...isn't. It's extremely intense, wow. Well, I don't know if I'm getting any better. I'm infected now, so my doctor put me on antibiotics. I've blown my nose so much that it's raw and I'm starting to blow out blood. That's not good.
