So, this was pretty much ridiculous. :D;
Pochi: *nesting in Rabi's headband which is in turn sitting amidst a pile of sheets in the middle of Kanda's otherwise undisturbed bed, cuddling with it's strange little golden golem partner*
Rabi: *determined, he scaled the wall up to Kanda’s room, somehow managing to make it there silently and without damaging the architecture, then slipped in through the window, adjusting the black scarf he’d wrapped around his head as he looked around to make sure the room was completely still before moving carefully towards the bed*
Tim: *rolling less than usual in the confines of the headband*
Kanda: *sleeping*
Kanda: *...on the floor*
Pochi: *doing it's best to match Tim's rolling like it's a game... or maybe it's just lost in the lull of the moment*
Rabi: *blinks at the bed, noticing it’s unoccupied (those don’t count!) then glances down to the floor where the person who should be in it sleeps, staring at him for a moment in disbelief before muttering under his breath* …you gotta be kidding me.
Kanda: *has a pillow at least! >>*
Tim: *rustles in the sheets, noticing the intruder's presence*
Pochi: *less bothered by the visitor, rather use to him... and also not at war with him*
Rabi: *losing his goal for a moment, he drifts towards Kanda but catches himself just before he kneels down next to him, shaking his head and turning his attention back to the bed where his goal was, fixing a one-eyed glare on the golden form resting there*
Tim: *alert now, it focuses on Rabi, fully prepared to bite the annoyance if it disturbs the nest*
Kanda: *stirs ever so slightly as though he could sense some other presense even in his unconscious state*
Pochi: *attempting to waylay Tim's unease, it's unfortunately unaware of what Rabi's intentions are and quick to give his owner’s friend the benefit of the doubt*
Rabi: *glances down to Kanda to make sure he’s still asleep, then approaches the bed cautiously, not taking his eye off of the golems a second time, somehow certain the thing could attack any second*
Kanda: *seems to almost sigh and relax again as Rabi is once again a safe distance away and resumes his repose otherwise undisturbed for the time being*
Tim: *moves closer to Pochi and curls its tail around the headband, waiting for Rabi to make the first move*
Pochi: *now thoroughly confused and flutters it's wings as much as it can in the small space it's allowed*
Rabi: *scowls at the golem, then casually retrieves a shirt that had been tossed on the bed with one hand, pretending to be more interested in it than his headband, but still moving slightly closer*
Tim: *rolls against Pochi trying to calm it and is officially going to bite Rabi if he tries to touch the headband*
Pochi: *stills, reassured by Tim not anymore enlighted to the issue... not that the tiny little supposedly non-existant golem mind ever could be*
Rabi: *moves slowly for a bit longer, creeping closer, then suddenly reaches out and forcefully yanks the headband away from the golems, letting it slip around his arm as he falls into a defensive stance, his eye on Timcanpi*
Kanda: *still sleeping*
Tim: *still has its tail wrapped around the headband which means it pretty much goes flying at this sudden movement. still attached to it though, it clamps down on the nearest part of Rabi it can find*
Pochi: *jarred and rolls around on the bed, very much disoriented*
Rabi: Ngh! *stifles a cry and a few curses as he pulls the golem off, causing some rather impressive gashes in his arm, then immediately attempts to catch it with Kanda’s shirt before it can attack again*
Tim: *Floats away, avoiding Rabi's attempt to catch it and hovering in front of the window effectively blocking the disturbance from taking off with the headband, at least through that route*
Pochi: *after regaining it's senses, though still terribly confused by Rabi's hostile nature, it darts up and flutters around the boy's head angrily*
Rabi: *takes a couple steps back while swatting at the golem, dangerously close to tripping over Kanda, then tries to capture it with the shirt instead*
Kanda: *rolls over*
Tim: *takes advantage of Rabi being distracted and latches on to his arm near the headband again, not about to let the disturbance hurt Pochi*
Pochi: *falling into the trap that it could hardly expect, it squirms and writhes helplessly, quite upset not just by the capture but also at the idea that Rabi would do such a thing*
Rabi: *winces in pain and whips the shirt towards the bed, sending the less destructive golem flying so he can once again concentrate on the one attached to his already wounded arm, trying to pull it off with the cloth wrapped around it this time, not at the moment concerned that he was bleeding on Kanda’s shirt*
Pochi: *ends up bouncing off the wall and back toward the bed once again left without it's wits and floating dizzily in circles*
Tim: *torn between making sure Pochi is all right and an attempt at vengeance, which wins out and it clamps down harder*
Rabi: *gasps, barely holding back a scream as he drops to his knees and almost tries to rip the golem away again before finally realizing if he wanted to retain use of his arm, that would be a bad plan. Instead, he falls still and starts to breathe deeply, trying to ignore the pain and hoping Tim would relent*
Pochi: *When it can finally see(?) straight again it regards the scene for a while still coping with it's own dilemma and coming to terms with Rabi's betrayal. Though it finally realizes that the human is not going to relent and while Rabi is distracted, it flies over to the headband and, catching the cloth on one of it's antennae, attempts to retrieve the nest*
Tim: *lets up only slightly to see where Pochi's gotten to but holds his position to prevent the disturbance from being able to do very much about the attempted headband retrieval*
Rabi: *frowning, and without moving his wounded arm, he calmly lifts the other to hold onto the headband, not that the golem would have likely been able to maneuver it over both his arm and the golem attached to it, it was more to protect it from getting bloody as well*
Tim: *promptly moves to clamp down on the other arm though not nearly so hard--for now*
Rabi: *takes the opportunity to grab the shirt again and try to catch Tim in it before it can cause him another similar injury*
Tim: *evades shirt but has to let go of Rabi to do it*
Rabi: *makes another attempt, determined to remove the threat and possibly get a little vengeance of his own*
Pochi: *realizing that it's only wasting energy on the headband in redirects it's attention to Rabi's hair, proving how well it knows Kanda's friend. However it can do little more than make itself as much of a nuisance as possible*
Tim: *continues avoiding Rabi but isn't able to resume its prior position and thus follows Pochi's example, finding itself a new thing to chew in the process*
Rabi: *cringes at the sensation of things in his hair, wondering when his scarf had come loose, but is still persistent in his attempts, hoping Tim would stay in one place long enough to be caught*
Tim: *is only going to go back to chewing on limbs if it gets chased out of the hair*
Pochi: *not about to fall for that again so easily either*
Tim: *determines the smartest course of action is to latch on to the headband again, as that way if it gets caught, it will still have to be dealt with before headband can be successfully reacquired*
Rabi: Oh, FUCK no. *mutters, more than a little exasperated by the ridiculous battle. Akuma were downright amiable next to this. Still unwilling to relinquish the article, he glares down at the golem, considering how to remove it without endangering his headband*
Tim: *not letting go of the headband* >>
Rabi: *sighs miserably and hugs his knees to his chest, speaking quietly to avoid waking Kanda* ….You're gonna wreck it, then nobody'll be happy. Not that you can really be happy in the first place. What the hell, why am I even talking to you?
Pochi: *still busy mussing Rabi's hair, oblivious to the change in pace... not that it cares at this point either*
Tim: *continues to hold onto the headband, perching on Rabi's arm now*
Rabi: *exhausted from all the activity and still in quite a bit of pain, he groans and slumps over on his side, bending his arm so there was no way Tim could get the headband away from him* Stupid golem…why can’t you be normal? *although he’d had the intention of only resting a moment to come up with a plan to remove the golem and escape, he instead found himself drifting off to sleep curled up on the floor a few feet away from Kanda*
Pochi: *with Rabi calming down, it takes the opportunity to head over to Tim and take direction from its partner instead*
Tim: *burrows in the headband, rolling up next to Pochi and decided that hair is an easier thing to dislodge from*
Pochi: *curls around Tim, shuffling around only a moment longer to get perfectly comfortable*
So much for the amazing getaway.
