Feeling better (weight loss)

Since the beginning of the year, I've lost 13 lbs. That's about 5% of my body weight--which is 1/2 of what the doctors say is necessary to lose before you begin to feel the benefits, but I disagree. Awesome job! It is a lot of work but not horrible. I know I have only been on the exercise and healthy diet for less than a week, but I am a big fan! I am really hoping I can stick with it. :-)

Thanks so much! I think it's totally worth and it and this will be the year that I finally lose the weight and get in shape. I'd love to be off my blood pressure meds by this time next year ( ... )
