It's already thundering outside...
We're getting forecasts for some pretty severe weather, either this afternoon or tonight. I'm not sure exactly what's going on, but a lot of schools have already closed for the day. Sorry I didn't respond to your other comment. I've really been meaning to! I'll check out the yahoo group soon. That's awesome that you have such a supportive group. Trev and I are still working out almost every day, lifting weights, and eating healthy and less. I am feeling better but of course it's only been little more than a week, so haven't really noticed anything else.
